Dear Delta Chem-Dry:

Joe is great! Just make sure you get the right carpet cleaning company. I thought I had called Joe at Delta Chem-Dry, but it was another carpet cleaning company that I thought were Delta Chem-Dry, I spent $140 with the other cleaners for a 6 by 8 foot area that had urine accidents caused by my cat. I was reassured it would smell great, just don't turn the heat on for a day or two. Ok I opened all the windows and froze for a day. Then once the windows were closed- the smell was AWFUL. The kind of stench where you wouldn't want to let any body in the house. I ended up lifting the carpet and throwing out the pee soaked padding. Then I got Delta Chem Dry to come and rinse the back of the carpet, they laid down new padding and re-installed the existing carpet, then cleaned and treated the carpet with the urine treatment. The job was completed in about 2 hours, the next morning the carpet was completely dry, smells great and looks great. The owner and crew were Fantastic and very professional. My carpet isn't soaked to the max where it takes 3 days to dry. Joe is THE BEST.
